Radisson RED is excited to announce our responsible business partnership with Save the Children, specifically on their expressive art program, HEART: Healing and Education through the Arts.

We will be supporting Save the Children’s global child protection programs by helping to fund this important expressive art program that reaches 10,000 children a year who have been impacted by trauma.

HEART is an arts-based approach to providing psychosocial support for children affected by serious or chronic stress. It uses the arts to help children process and communicate feelings related to their experiences. The end result is a child who feels less isolated, more connected to peers and safe amidst the trusted adults in their lives, and the larger community. This in turn can lead to a more confident and secure child, leaving each child more capable, and more likely to learn and thrive.

Over the past five years, the global HEART program has supported more than 150,000 children in 15 countries across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Latin America. It’s a program that we are proud to participate in and support.
